The specialist assigned will depend on the type of assessment requested.
Yes. Evanhub offers a specialized assessment service for individuals involved in legal, administrative, or institutional proceedings.
Given the specific nature of each case — including number of sessions, format (in-person or remote), jurisdiction, and documentation needs such as apostille or certified translation — this service is organized individually upon request.
If you need a clinical assessment for a legal context, please contact us directly and we will evaluate your case.
Assessments can last up to 90 minutes, depending on the complexity of the case and the clinical aspects the specialist needs to explore during the interview.
This duration allows for a more in-depth clinical assessment than a brief traditional consultation.
Depending on the clinical case, the psychology specialist may use widely recognized instruments in clinical practice and international research, including:
• Zung Anxiety Scale (ZSAS).
• Zung Depression Scale (ZSDS).
• Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A).
• Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAM-D).
• Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), when applicable.
These instruments support the clinical interview, and their results are always interpreted by the specialist within the full clinical context.
After the assessment, you will receive a structured clinical report, which may include:
• Summary of the clinical interview.
• Specialist's analysis.
• Results of clinical instruments when applied.
• Diagnostic or functional guidance when applicable.
• Relevant clinical observations.
• General recommendations.
The report is delivered in digital format.
Each report is electronically signed by the treating specialist. The document includes an audit trail with the signatory's identification, date, time, IP address and document integrity verification, in accordance with international traceability standards in healthcare.
The clinical report is delivered within 48 hours following the assessment.
In some cases it may be delivered sooner, depending on the complexity of the clinical analysis.
The report aims to organize and document the clinical information gathered during the assessment.
It can serve as:
-
A clinical reference for your treating physician
-
A reference document to better understand a clinical situation
-
A basis for discussing therapeutic options with healthcare professionals
-
Supporting information for personal, family, or institutional matters
The report seeks to provide clinical clarity and professional guidance.
In some cases, individuals use clinical reports as supplementary documentation in various institutional or administrative settings.
